Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kaldapesa kodud, Kalda tee 57)

Nordecon AS-i kontserni kuuluv Embach Ehitus OÜ ja Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Tartus aadressil Kalda tee 57 Kaldapesa kodude arendusse kuuluva korterelamu ehitamiseks. Lepingu maksumus on 2,8 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta. Tööd valmivad 2027. aasta oktoobris.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Kaldapesa kodud, Kalda tee 57)
Message
AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ have entered into a contract for the construction of an apartment building at Kalda tee 57 in Tartu, forming part of the Kaldapesa kodud residential development. The contract value is EUR 2.8 million, excluding VAT. The works are scheduled for completion in October 2027.
