Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv Embach Ehitus OÜ ja Iverta Kapital OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Serv Kvartalisse aadressile K. Kärberi 46/2, Tallinn rajatava äripindadega spordihoone ehitamiseks. Lepingu maksumus on 4,75 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta. Hoone valmib 2027. aasta suvel.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Serv Quarter commercial building)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and Iverta Kapital OÜ have entered into a contract for the construction of a sports building with commercial premises in the Serv Quarter development at K. Kärberi 46/2, Tallinn. The value of the contract is EUR 4.75 million, excluding VAT. The building is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2027.
