Bigbank AS-i AT1 võlakirjade märkimistulemused
Message
Bigbank AS viis lõpuni panga esimese taseme täiendavatesse omavahenditesse (AT1) kuuluvate võlakirjade suunatud emissiooni. Emissiooni kogumaht oli 17 230 000 eurot ja kokku jaotati 1 723 võlakirja nimiväärtusega 10 000 eurot 83 investorile.
Rohkem kui 30-aastase tegevusajalooga Bigbank AS (www.bigbank.ee) on Eesti kapitalile kuuluv kommertspank. 31.07.2026 seisuga oli panga bilansimaht kokku 3,9 miljardit eurot ning omakapital 312 miljonit eurot. Üheksas riigis tegutseval pangal on kokku üle 211 000 aktiivse kliendi ning üle 700 töötaja. Reitinguagentuur Moody’s on väljastanud Bigbankile pikaajalise pangahoiuste reitingu tasemel Ba1 ning baaskrediidihinnangu (BCA) ja kohandatud BCA tasemel Ba2.

Results of the Offering of Bigbank AS AT1 Bonds
Message
Bigbank AS has completed a private placement of bonds qualifying as the bank’s Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital. The total volume of the AT1 bond issue amounts to EUR 17.23 million and 1,723 bonds with a nominal value of EUR 10,000 each were allocated to 83 investors.
Bigbank AS (www.bigbank.eu), with over 30 years of operating history, is a commercial bank owned by Estonian capital. As of 31 July 2026, the bank's total assets amounted to 3.9 billion euros, with equity of 312 million euros. Operating in nine countries, the bank serves over 211,000 active customers and employs more than 700 people. The credit rating agency Moody's has assigned Bigbank a long-term bank deposit rating of Ba1, along with a baseline credit assessment (BCA) and an adjusted BCA of Ba2.
