Fond on varasemalt (14.08.2026) teatanud börsile üldkoosolekult saadud volituste alusel nõukogu otsusega fondi aktsiate suunatud pakkumise läbiviimisest ning aktsiakapitali suurendamisest 197 463 uue lihtaktsia väljalaskmise teel. Kõik nõukogu otsuse alusel emiteeritud aktsiad märgiti ning aktsiakapitali suurendamine kanti äriregistrisse 24.08.2026.
Fondi registreeritud aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 117 223 090 eurot, mis on jagatud 11 722 309 aktsiaks, iga aktsia nimiväärtusega 10 eurot.

Announcement on the registration of share capital increase in Commercial Register
Message
Previously (14.08.2026), the fund has notified the stock exchange, based on the authorizations received from the General Meeting of the Shareholders, of conducting a directed offering of the fund's shares and increasing the share capital by issuing 197,463 new ordinary shares. All new shares issued based on the resolution of the supervisory board were subscribed, and the new share capital was entered in the Commercial Register on 24.08.2026.
The new amount of the fund’s registered share capital is 117,223,090 euros, which is divided into 11,722,309 shares with a nominal value of 10 euros.
