MUUDATUS KIA AUTO AS JUHATUSE KOOSSEISUS
Message
1. novembril lõpeb KIA Auto ASi juhatuse liikme Jaak Heinola teenistusleping. 21.10.2008 toimunud KIA Auto ASi nõukogu koosolekul otsustati senise kaheliikmelise juhatuse asemel jätkata üheliikmelise juhatusega. Ettevõtte juhatajana jätkab tänane juhatuse liige ja müügidirektor Sven Litvinov. Sven Litvinov alustas KIA Auto ASis tööd 1994. aastal. Alates 2000. aastast töötab Sven Litvinov müügidirektori ametikohal. KIA Auto ASi juhatusse valiti Sven Litvinov 2004. aastal. Sven Litvinov ei oma Tallinna Kaubamaja AS aktsiaid. CHANGES IN THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF KIA AUTO AS

On 1 November 2008 the contract of service of Mr. Jaak Heinola, a member of the Management Board of KIA Auto AS, comes to an end. At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of KIA Auto AS held on 21 October 2008 the Supervisory Board decided to continue with a single-member management board instead of a two-member Management Board. Fulfilling the duties of Managing Director will be current member of the Management Board and Sales Director Mr. Sven Litvinov. Mr. Litvinov joined KIA Auto AS in 1994 and has been the company's Sales Director since 2000. In 2004 Mr. Litvinov was elected to the management board of KIA Auto AS.
