Aktsiaselts Infortar on perioodil 3. august – 7. august 2026 omandanud Nasdaq Tallinna börsil oma aktsiaid järgnevalt:

Aktsiaselts Infortar omandab oma aktsiaid vastavalt 20. aprillil 2026 avalikustatud teatele. Aktsiate tagasiostu täideviijaks ja korraldajaks on AS SEB Pank, kes teostab aktsiate tagasiostu Aktsiaseltsi Infortar nimel.
Omandamiste koondandmed (omandatud aktsiate kogus ja kaalutud keskmine hind päeva kaupa) avalikustatakse hiljemalt seitsmendal tehingupäevale järgneval kauplemispäeval ning tehakse kättesaadavaks Finantsinspektsioonile, Nasdaq Tallinna börsisüsteemi kaudu ja Aktsiaseltsi Infortar investorlehel.
Täpsem teave tehingute kohta on lisatud sellele teatele.
Infortar tegutseb seitsmes riigis, ettevõtte peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on meretransport, energeetika ja kinnisvara. Infortar omab 68,76% suurust osalust AS-is Tallink Grupp, 100% osalust AS-is Elenger Grupp ning mitmekülgset ja kaasaegset, ca 141 000 m2 suurust kinnisvaraportfelli. Lisaks kolmele põhitegevusvaldkonnale tegutseb Infortar põllumajanduse, insenerehituse, ehitusmaavarade, trükkimise ja muudes valdkondades. Kokku kuulub Infortari kontserni 107 ettevõtet, sealhulgas 3 sidusettevõtet ja 2 sidusettevõtte tütarettevõtet. Arvestamata sidusettevõtteid annab Infortar tööd 6890 inimesele.

Aktsiaselts Infortar acquired its own shares on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange during the period of 3 August – 7 August 2026 as follows:

Aktsiaselts Infortar is acquiring its own shares based on the stock exchange announcement published on 20 April 2026. The share buyback programme is managed by SEB Pank AS, which will buy back shares on behalf of Aktsiaselts Infortar.
Summary data (daily volume and weighted average prices) will be disclosed no later than on the seventh trading day following the transaction and be made available to the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority, via the Nasdaq Tallinn system, and on Aktsiaselts Infortar´s investor website.
