Inbank nimetab ametisse uue tehnoloogiajuhi ning muudab juhatuse koosseisu
Message
Jätkuna 19. juunil 2026 avaldatud teatele Inbanki tegevusmudeli muudatustest on Inbanki nõukogu otsustanud nimetada Marten Meikopi Inbanki tehnoloogiajuhiks (Chief Technology Officer, CTO) ja juhatuse liikmeks alates 10. augustist 2026.
Ühtlasi otsustas nõukogu pikendada Inbanki riskijuhi Evelin Lindversi ametiaega kolme aasta võrra alates 7. augustist 2026 ning kutsuda Ivar Kurvits juhatusest tagasi alates 31. juulist 2026. Ivar jätkab Corporate Development & Strategy üksuse juhina.
Kommenteerib juhatuse esimees ja tegevjuht Priit Põldoja:
„Mul on hea meel, et Inbankiga liitub Marten, kellel on pikaajaline kogemus piiriüleste tehnoloogiaplatvormide ülesehitamisel ja suurte inseneriorganisatsioonide juhtimisel kiire kasvu perioodidel. Üks Marteni peamisi prioriteete saab olema meie tehnoloogiaplatvormi viimine järgmisele tasemele. Tõeliselt skaleeritava tooteplatvormi loomine on olnud üks meie pikaajalisi strateegilisi eesmärke ning ma usun, et Martenil on selle saavutamiseks vajalikud kogemused ja juhiomadused.
Koos hiljuti loodud ärijuhi ja tootejuhi ametikohtadega on meie juhatus nüüd kompaktsem ja selgema vastutusjaotusega peamiste valdkondade lõikes – see võimaldab meil teha tugevamat koostööd ja kiiremaid otsuseid ning viia meie strateegiat paremini ellu.“
Kommenteerib Marten Meikop:
„Töötasin viimased kümme aastat Pipedrive’is, kus ehitasin üles maailmatasemel inseneride meeskonna ja platvormi. Mul on hea meel liituda Inbankiga, sest see ühendab endas fintech’ile omase paindlikkuse litsentseeritud panga tugevusega – selline kombinatsioon on haruldane vundament, mille peale edasi ehitada. Embedded finance platvormil on tohutu potentsiaal ning ettevõtte astumine järgmisse kasvufaasi on just selline väljakutse, mis mind kõnetab.“
Marten Meikop on kogenud tehnoloogiajuht, kes on üles ehitanud skaleeritavaid tehnoloogiaplatvorme ja kujundanud inseneristrateegiaid tootepõhistes tehnoloogiaettevõtetes. Ta liitub Inbankiga Pipedrive’ist, kus töötas ligi kümme aastat, viimati Director of Engineering Platform ametikohal, juhtides pea 100 inseneri tiimi. Varem on ta töötanud muu hulgas Elionis ja Proekspertis. Tal on TalTechi tehnikateaduste magistrikraad infotehnoloogias.
Pärast neid muudatusi kuulub AS Inbanki juhatusse kuus liiget: juhatuse esimees ja tegevjuht Priit Põldoja, finantsjuht ja tegevjuhi asetäitja Marko Varik, ärijuht Margus Kastein, tootejuht Piret Paulus, riskijuht Evelin Lindvers ning tehnoloogiajuht Marten Meikop.

Inbank appoints new Chief Technology Officer and changes Management Board composition
Message
Following the announcement of changes to Inbank's operating model on 19 June 2026, the Inbank Supervisory Board has resolved to appoint Marten Meikop as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Management Board, effective 10 August 2026.
In addition, the Supervisory Board has resolved to extend the term of Chief Risk Officer Evelin Lindvers for a further three years starting 7 August 2026, and to recall Ivar Kurvits from the Management Board effective 31 July 2026. Ivar will continue as Head of Corporate Development & Strategy.

Marten Meikop is an experienced engineering leader with a strong track record in building scalable technology platforms and driving engineering strategy at product-led technology companies. He joins Inbank from Pipedrive, where he spent close to a decade, most recently as Director of Engineering Platform, leading a department close to 100 engineers. Earlier in his career, he has worked at Elion and Proekspert, among others. He holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Information Technology from TalTech.
Following these changes, the Management Board of AS Inbank will consist of six members: Priit Põldoja, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO; Marko Varik, CFO and Deputy CEO; Margus Kastein, Chief Commercial Officer; Piret Paulus, Chief Product Officer; Evelin Lindvers, Chief Risk Officer; and Marten Meikop, Chief Technology Officer.
