Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv Embach Ehitus OÜ ja Läike Varad OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu stock-office tüüpi ärihoone ehitamiseks aadressidel Läike tee põik 5 ja 7, Peetri, Harju maakond. Lepingu maksumus on 3,3 miljonit eurot ilma käibemaksuta. Hoone valmib 2027. aasta mais.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Läike Commercial Building)

AS Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and Läike Varad OÜ have entered into a contract for the construction of a stock-office commercial building at Läike tee põik 5 and 7, Peetri, Harju County. The value of the contract is 3.3 million euros, excluding VAT. The building is scheduled for completion in May 2027.
