Seoses ASi Ekspress Grupp 1. juunil 2026 toimunud üldkoosoleku otsusega (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b88ec80c85f0319d61ec45011c7f3c2… et&src=listed) lõpetada Ekspress Grupi aktsiatega kauplemine Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi Balti põhinimekirjas, on Ekspress Grupi juhatus otsustanud lõpetada info avaldamise grupi digitellimuste kohta. Ekspress Grupi äritegevus jätkub tavapärasel viisil. Rain Sarapuu Kontserni finantsjuht [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) AS Ekspress Grupp on Baltimaade juhtiv meediakontsern, mille tegevus hõlmab veebimeedia sisutootmist ning ajalehtede, ajakirjade ja raamatute kirjastamist. Samuti haldab kontsern elektroonilist piletimüügiplatvormi ja piletimüügikohtasid ning pakub digitaalsete väliekraanide teenust Eestis ja Lätis. Lisaks korraldavad grupi ettevõtted konverentse, koolitusi ja üritusi peamiselt Eestis ja Leedus, aga ka Lätis. Ekspress Grupp alustas oma tegevust 1989. aastal ja annab tööd umbes 1000 inimesele.

AS Ekspress Grupp stops publishing information about digital subscriptions

In connection with the resolution (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b88ec80c85f0319d61ec45011c7f3c2… en&src=listed) of the General Meeting of AS Ekspress Grupp held on 1 June 2026 to terminate the trading with the shares of Ekspress Grupp on the Baltic main list of Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange, the Management Board of Ekspress Grupp has decided to stop publishing information about Group's digital subscriptions. Ekspress Grupp's business operations will continue as usual. Rain Sarapuu CFO of the Group [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) AS Ekspress Grupp is the leading Baltic media group whose key activities include web media content production, and publishing of newspapers, magazines and books. The Group also operates an electronic ticket sales platform and ticket sales offices in Latvia and Estonia, offers digital outdoor screen service in Estonia and Latvia. In addition, the Group companies organize conferences, trainings and events mainly in Estonia and Lithuania but also in Latvia. Ekspress Grupp launched its operations in 1989 and employs about 1000 people.
