AS Starman Börsiteade 10.10.2008 AS Starman teatab käesolevaga, et 7.10.2008 seisuga on AS-is Starman olulist osalust omavate isikute struktuuris toimunud muutused. 7.10.2008 informeeris OÜ Polaris Invest, Indrek Kuivalliku poolt kontrollitav äriühing, väärtpaberituru seaduse kohaselt AS-i Starman, et tema osalus AS-is Starman ja sellega seotud häälte arv on langenud alla 15% kõigist AS Starman aktsiatega esindatud häältest ning peale 7.10.2008.a. täidetud müügitehingut omab OÜ Polaris Invest 10,87% AS Starman hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. 7.10.2008 informeeris Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS väärtpaberituru seaduse kohaselt AS-i Starman, et tema aktsiaosalus AS-is Starman ja sellega seotud häälte arv on ületanud 2/3 piirmäära kõigist AS Starman aktsiatega esindatud häältest ning peale 7.10.2008 täidetud müügitehingut omab Baltic Moontech Investments Holding 71,71% AS Starman hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. CHANGE IN MAJOR HOLDINGS

AS Starman Exchange release 10.10.2008 AS Starman hereby announces changes in the structure of major shareholdings as of 07.10.2008 has undergone certain changes. Pursuant to the Securities Market Act, OÜ Polaris Invest, a company controlled by Indrek Kuivallik, notified AS Starman on 07.10.2008 that its shareholding and respective voting rights fell below the 15% threshold of the voting stock in AS Starman and, after the sale of shares on 07.10.2008, OÜ Polaris Invest holds indirectly 10.87% of the total voting shares in AS Starman. Pursuant to the Securities Market Act, Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS notified AS Starman on 07.10.2008 that its shareholding and respective voting rights exceeded the threshold of 2/3 of the voting stock in AS Starman and, after the purchase of shares on 07.10.2008, Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS holds 71.71% of the total voting shares in AS Starman.
