EfTEN Capital AS, kui EfTEN United Property Fund (väärtpaberi lühinimi EFCUPFFT, ISIN kood EE3500001609) fondivalitseja, fikseerib osakuomanike nimekirja rahaliseks väljamakseks 22.05.2026 väärtpaberite registripidaja arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Ülaltoodust lähtudes on väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 21.05.2026. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole osakuid omandanud isik õigustatud saama rahalist väljamakset. EfTEN United Property Fund teeb osakuomanikele rahalise väljamakse 42,676 euro senti osaku kohta 4.06.2026 ülekandega osakuomaniku arveldusarvele. Seadusega ettenähtud juhtudel peetakse väljamakselt kinni tulumaks. EfTEN Capital AS, as the management company of the EfTEN United Property Fund (stock market ticker EFCUPFFT, ISIN code EE3500001609) will fix the list of investors for distribution on 22.05.2026 at the end of the working day of the registrar of the settlement system of the fund's securities. Proceeding from the above, the date of change of rights related to the securities (ex-date) is 21.05.2026. As of this date, the new owner of the fund units is not entitled to the distribution. EfTEN United Property Fund will make a distribution to unitholder's bank account via cash transfer in the amount of 42,676 euro cents per unit on 4.06.2026.
