AS Merko Ehitus kaebab komisjoni otsuse edasi Tallinna Ringkonnakohtusse. Merko Ehitus on teinud käesoleva hanke käigus parima pakkumise, jääb selle juurde ja kavatseb pakkumist ning ettevõtte positsiooni kõigi seaduslike vahenditega kaitsta. The decision of the appeal committee operating at the Public Procurement Office
Message
On 2 October 2008, the appeal committee operating at the Public Procurement Office passed a decision, which decaled invalid the directive of the Director General of the Estonian Road Administration qualifying AS Merko Ehitus as the best offeror in the public procurement proceedings regarding the reconstruction of the road between Kukruse and Jõhvi. AS Merko Ehitus will appeal the decision of the committee to the Tallinn District Court. Merko Ehitus has made the best offer in this procurement, the company will stand by it and intends to protect the offer and the position of the company with all legal means available.
