Coop Pank AS maksab 2025. aasta eest dividendi netosummas 6,5 eurosenti ühe aktsia kohta. Dividendiõiguslike aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeritakse 22.04.2026 arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Sellest tulenevalt on aktsiatega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) 21.04.2026. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiaid omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividendi 2025. aasta majandusaasta eest. Dividend makstakse aktsionäridele 27.04.2026. Eesti kapitalil põhinev Coop Pank on üks viiest Eestis tegutsevast universaalpangast. Pangal on 229 800 igapäevapanganduse klienti. Coop Pank kasutab jaekaubanduse ja panganduse vahel tekkivat sünergiat ning toob igapäevased pangateenused kodule lähemale. Dividend Payments ex-date of Coop Pank AS
Message
For the year of 2025 Coop Pank AS will pay dividend in the net amount of 6,5 eurocents per share. The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividend will be established as at 22.04.2026 COB in the settlement system. Consequently, the day of change of the rights related to the shares (ex-date) is set to 21.04.2026. From this day onwards, the person acquiring the shares will not have the right to receive dividend for the financial year 2025. Dividend shall be disbursed to the shareholders on 27.04.2026. Coop Pank, based on Estonian capital, is one of the five universal banks operating in Estonia. The number of clients using Coop Pank for their daily banking reached 229,800. Coop Pank aims to put the synergy generated by the interaction of retail business and banking to good use and to bring everyday banking services closer to people's homes.
