Kavandatavad muudatused Inbanki juhatuses

Inbanki juhatuse liikmed Maciej Pieczkowski ja Erik Kaju on andnud Inbanki juhatusele ja nõukogule teada soovist lahkuda selle aasta teise kvartali lõpuks ametist. Kommenteerib Inbanki juhatuse esimees ja tegevjuht Priit Põldoja: ?Austan Maciej otsust liikuda edasi pärast 10 aastat pühendumist Inbanki Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa äri arendamisele. Tema juhtimisel on Inbank Poolas tugeva positsiooni saavutanud ja sisenenud edukalt Tshehhi turule. Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa turud on saanud meie portfelli oluliseks osaks ning need on jätkuvalt Inbankile tähtsad kasvuturud. Maciej on suurepärane juht ja temaga koos juhatuses töötamine on olnud väga positiivne. Erik on ligi nelja Inbankis töötatud aasta jooksul toonud meie 135-liikmelisse tehnoloogiatiimi visiooni ja energia, ta on tugevdanud meie toote- ja tehnoloogiavõimekust ning arendanud Inbanki embedded finance platvormi. Samuti on Erik aidanud tuua Inbanki rahvusvahelise taustaga insenere ja juurutanud tehnoloogiaüksuses uusi tööviise. Ta olnud võtmeisik Inbanki tehnoloogiapõhise kasvustrateegia kujundamisel. Tänan nii Maciejd kui ka Erikut nende panuse eest Inbanki edusse ning soovin neile edaspidiseks kõike head. Tulevikku vaadates näen head võimalust kujundada Inbankist tõeliselt tootepõhine ja rahvusvaheliselt skaleeruv organisatsioon. Need muudatused võimaldavad meil vaadata värske pilguga üle oma tegevusmudel ning valmistuda järgmiseks kasvufaasiks." Inbank alustab uue tehnoloogiajuhi otsingu protsessiga. Üleminekuperioodil toetab tegevjuhti nõuandvas rollis Inbanki nõukogu liige ja kogenud tehnoloogiajuht Sergei Anikin. Maciej Pieczkowski, Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa äri juht ja juhatuse liige: ?Inbankist lahkumine ei olnud lihtne otsus, kuid usun, et praeguses karjäärietapis on see õige samm uute võimaluste poole liikumiseks. Olen tänulik Inbankis veedetud aja eest ning uhke selle üle, mida oleme Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa äri arendamisel saavutanud. Olen kindel, et juba rajatud tugevalt aluselt on sellel meeskonnal hea jätkata kasvu ja arengut." Erik Kaju, toote- ja tehnoloogiajuht ning juhatuse liige: ?Inbankis töötamine on olnud väga põnev teekond ning ma olen uhke selle üle, mida oleme toote- ja tehnoloogiabaasi tugevdamisel saavutanud. Maciej Pieczkowski on töötanud Inbankis ligi kümme aastat. Ta alustas Poola maajuhina ning töötas seejärel Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopa regiooni juhina. Pieczkowski on olnud Inbanki juhatuse liige alates 2020. aastast. Erik Kaju on töötanud Inbankis ligi neli aastat toote- ja tehnoloogiajuhi rollis. Ta on olnud juhatuse liige alates 2022. aastast. Sergei Anikin on kogenud tehnoloogiajuht, ingelinvestor ja nõukogu liige, kellel on ulatuslik kogemus idufirmade skaleerimisel, innovatsiooni edendamisel ja äriarengu juhtimisel. Ta on praegu Bisly ja Katana MRP nõukogu esimees. Varem töötas ta Pipedrive'is tehnoloogiajuhina, samuti on ta töötanud juhtivatel ametikohtadel Tuumis, Microsoftis, Skype'is ja Hansapangas. Sergei on praegu sõltumatu tehisintellekti labori Kodulabor asutaja ja tegevjuht. Inbank on Euroopa Liidu pangalitsentsiga finantstehnoloogia ettevõte, mis ühendab kaupmehi, tarbijaid ja finantsasutusi järgmise põlvkonna embedded finance platvormil. Proposed changes to the Management Board of Inbank
Message
Members of the Management Board, Maciej Pieczkowski, Head of CEE Business, and Erik Kaju, Chief Product and Technology Officer, have informed Inbank's Management Board and Supervisory Board of their intention to step down from their positions by the end of the second quarter of this year. Priit Põldoja, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO, comments: "I respect Maciej's decision to move on after 10 years of dedication to developing Inbank's CEE business. Under his leadership, Inbank has built a solid foothold in Poland and successfully launched Czech operations. CEE markets have become a significant part of our portfolio and remain key growth markets. He is an excellent leader, and it has been a pleasure working alongside him on the Management Board. During his nearly 4 years at Inbank, Erik has brought his vision and energy to our 135-strong technology team, strengthening the foundation of our product and technology capabilities and driving the development of our embedded finance platform. Erik has helped onboard international engineering talent and brought new ways of working to our tech team. He has been instrumental to Inbank's tech driven growth strategy. I would like to thank both Maciej and Erik for their contribution to Inbank's success and wish them all the best going forward. As for next steps, I see a great opportunity for Inbank to become a truly product-driven and internationally scalable organization. These management changes also allow us to take a fresh look at our operating model and leadership composition to better prepare for the next phase of growth." Inbank will also initiate a process to appoint future technology leadership. In the meantime, Sergei Anikin, Member of the Inbank Supervisory Board and experienced technology leader, will support CEO Priit Põldoja in an advisory capacity during the transition.
