Eurocon Ukraine LLC peadirektori nimetamine

AS Eesti Ehituse ehitustegevust Ukrainas juhtiva ja investeeringuid teistesse Ukraina ettevõtetesse haldava ettevõtte Eurocon Ukraine LLC peadirektoriks nimetati Ahto Altjõe (s. 1961), kes on varasemalt töötanud muuhulgas Arco Vara AS juhatuse liikmena ning ehitusdivisjoni juhina. Uue peadirektori töökohustused algavad 1. oktoobrist 2008. „Ahto Altjõe näol on tegemist kogenud juhiga, kelle oskusi soovime rakendada Ukrainas eelkõige müügitegevuse kasvatamisel ning väliskeskkonna muudatustest tingitud täiendavate võimaluste ärakasutamisel,“ kommenteeris uue peadirektori nimetamist AS Eesti Ehituse juhatuse esimees Jaano Vink. Ahto Altjõe ei oma isiklikult ega läbi juriidiliste isikute AS Eesti Ehituse aktsiaid. AS Eesti Ehitus omab osalust Eurocon Ukraine LLCs OÜ Eurocon kaudu. ASle Eesti Ehitus kuulub 63%line osalus OÜs Eurocon. OÜ Eurocon omab 100% Eurocon Ukraine LLC aktsiatest. AS Eesti Ehitus kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on AS Eesti Ehitus, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2007. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,8 miljardit krooni (240 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 290 miljonit krooni (19 miljonit eurot). AS Eesti Ehitus kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1200 inimesele. Appointment of Eurocon Ukraine LLC General Director

AS Eesti Ehitus Ukrainian subsidiary Eurocon Ukraine LLC that is responsible for managing Eesti Ehitus' construction operations and other investments in Ukraine has appointed Mr. Ahto Altjõe (b. 1961) as a General Director. Mr. Altjõe has previously worked amongst other positions as a Member of the Management Board and Director of Construction Division of Arco Vara AS. The responsibilities of the new General Director start as of 1 October 2008. “Ahto Altjõe is an experienced manager whose skills we wish to put into practice in Ukraine first and foremost to increase our activities and take advantages of the changing external conditions," commented the appointment of Mr. Altjõe the CEO of AS Eesti Ehitus Mr. Jaano Vink. Mr. Ahto Altjõe does not own directly or through legal entities shares in AS Eesti Ehitus. AS Eesti Ehitus has interest in Eurocon Ukraine LLC through Eurocon OÜ a 63 per cent owned subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus. Eurocon Ukraine LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurocon OÜ.
