Nordecon ASi 100%?lise tütarettevõtte Tariston ASi nõukogu otsustas 16.03.2026 toimunud koosolekul kutsuda Argo Kotsari alates 21.03.2026 tagasi ettevõtte juhatuse liikme kohalt. Tariston ASi juhatus jätkab üheliikmelisena, juhatuse liikmeks on Kaspar Kaldjärv. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2025. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 208 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 430 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Change in the management board of group subsidiary

The Supervisory Board of Tariston AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordecon AS, decided at its meeting held on 16 March 2026 to recall Argo Kotsar from the position of Management Board member of the company with effect from 21 March 2026. The Management Board of Tariston AS will continue to operate with one member, Mr Kaspar Kaldjärv. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2025 was 208 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs close 430 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have been quoted in the main list of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.
