In connection with the voted bonus issue referred to in Resolution No.3 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Investment Friends SE of 11 January 2024, the Management Board of Investment Friends SE in relation to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council EU_2017/1129 of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published, in the case of a public offering of securities or admission to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71 EC, the Company provides updating the Information Document referred to in art. 1 point 5 sec. G REGULATION EU 2017/1129 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL.
