AS Ekspress Grupp otsustas suurendada AS Delfi aktsiakapitali 151 000 krooni võrra, seniselt 3 021 000 kroonilt 3 172 000 kroonini. Aktsiakapitali suurendatakse mitterahalise sissemaksega, milleks on AS Ekspress Grupi nõue AS Delfi vastu. Mitterahalise sissemakse maksmise käigus vähendatakse nõuet AS Delfi vastu summas 55 568 000 krooni. Changes in the share capital of AS Delfi
Message
AS Ekspress Grupp resolved to increase the share capital of AS Delfi by 151 000 kroons from the current 3 021 000 kroons to 3 172 000 kroons. The increase of the share capital will be made with a non-monetary contribution, which is the claim of AS Ekspress Grupp against AS Delfi. With the payment of the non-monetary contribution the claim against AS Delfi will be reduced by 55 568 000 kroons.
