AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv OÜ Merko Kodud on otsustanud käivitada Tartu vallas Leedri arendusprojekti esimese etapi. Kogu projekti arendusmaht hõlmab kokku kuues kortermajas 144 korteri ehitust. Esimese etapi raames valmib 2027. aasta mais aadressidel Leedripuu 1 ja Leedripuu 2 kaks kortermaja kokku 48 korteriga. Leedri kodude (merko.ee/leedri (https://merko.ee/leedri/)) kolmekorruseliste A- energiaklassiga hoonete korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 44-102 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetri hinnad algavad 2830 eurost. Launch of the Leedri apartment development project (Tartu county, Estonia)

OÜ Merko Kodud, part of the AS Merko Ehitus group, has decided to launch the first phase of the Leedri development project in Tartu municipality. The entire development project includes the construction of 144 apartments in six apartment buildings. As the first phase, two apartment buildings with a total of 48 apartments will be completed in May 2027 at Leedripuu 1 and Leedripuu 2.
