Inbank omandas autode täisteenusrendi ettevõtte Mobire Group

AS Inbanki tütarettevõte AS Inbank Holdings sõlmis lepingu, millega omandatakse 33% lisaosalus autode täisteenusrendi ettevõttes Mobire Group OÜ. Kuna varem kuulus Inbankile juba 67% Mobire Groupist, saab Inbank tehingu tulemusel ettevõtte ainuomanikuks. Kommenteerib Inbanki juhatuse liige Margus Kastein: ?Autode täisteenusrent on kasumlik ja kiiresti kasvav ärisegment Inbanki koduturgudel Balti riikides. Kuna finantseerimine on Mobire ärimudeli oluline komponent, siis sobib see investeering hästi Inbanki pikaajalise strateegiaga ning tugevdab meie positsiooni autode finantseerimise valdkonnas." Mobire jätkab Balti riikides tegutsemist iseseisvalt senise juhtimisstruktuuri ja kaubamärgi all. Ettevõtet juhib edasi Andrus Valma, tegevjuht ja juhatuse liige. Kommenteerib Mobire Groupi tegevjuht Andrus Valma: ?Mobire on kasvanud Balti riikide juhtivaks täisteenusrendi pakkujaks tänu meie pühendunud meeskonnale ning partnerite ja klientide usaldusele. Tänane tehing tähistab olulist verstaposti meie kasvuteekonnal. Usume, et täisteenusrent on autosektori tulevik, ning koos Inbankiga suurendame oma turuosa ja viime auto rentimise paindlikud võimalused veelgi rohkemate inimesteni." Poolte kokkuleppel tehingu hinda ei avalikustata. Tehingu lõpuleviimiseks läheb vaja Eesti ja Leedu konkurentsiametite lube, mis eeldatavasti saadakse 2026. aasta esimeses kvartalis. Mobire Group tegutseb Eestis, Lätis ja Leedus, pakkudes täisteenusrendi lahendusi nii eraklientidele kui ka ettevõtetele. Ettevõte haldab enam kui 4800 sõidukist koosnevat autoparki ning ettevõtte konsolideeritud käive oli 2024. aastal 47,4 miljonit eurot. Inbank on Euroopa Liidu pangalitsentsiga finantstehnoloogia ettevõte, mis ühendab kaupmehi, tarbijaid ja finantsasutusi järgmise põlvkonna embedded finance platvormil. Inbank acquires full-service car rental company Mobire Group

AS Inbank's subsidiary AS Inbank Holdings signed an agreement to acquire an additional 33% stake in the full-service car rental company Mobire Group OÜ, adding to the 67% ownership Inbank already held. Following the transaction, Inbank will become the sole owner of Mobire. Margus Kastein, Member of the Management Board of Inbank, commented: "Full-service car rental is a profitable and fast-growing business segment in Inbank's home markets across the Baltics. As funding is an important component of Mobire's business model, this investment aligns well with Inbank's long-term strategy and strengthens our position in car financing." Mobire will continue to operate across the Baltics independently under its existing corporate governance structure and brand. The company will remain led by Andrus Valma, current CEO and Member of the Management Board. Andrus Valma, CEO of Mobire Group, commented: "Mobire has grown into the leading full-service car rental provider in the Baltics, thanks to our dedicated team and the trust of our partners and customers. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction. The deal is subject to approval from the competition authorities in Estonia and Lithuania, with completion expected in Q1 2026. The company manages a fleet of more than 4,800+ vehicles and reported a consolidated turnover of EUR47.4 million in 2024.
