AS Tallinna Vesi juhatuse liikmeks saab Ian Plenderleith Täna kogunenud AS-i Tallinna Vesi nõukogu otsustas nimetada Ian Plenderleith`i veefirma juhatuse liikmeks alates käesoleva aasta 1. oktoobrist. Ian Plenderleith võtab ettevõtte juhtimise üle Roch Chéroux`lt, kes vabastati juhatuse liikme kohustustest alates 1. oktoobrist 2008, mil ta liigub edasi tippjuhi ametikohale United Utilities International'i divisjonis. 44-aastane Ian Plenderleith on aastatel 2004 - 2007 töötanud ASi Tallinna Vesi finantsdirektorina olles ka juhatuse liige. Käesoleva aasta märtsis nimetati ta ettevõtte nõukogu liikmeks. Ian Plenderleith on ASi Tallinna Vesi finantsdirektorina omanud olulist rolli aidates kaasa ettevõtte arendamisel ja muutuste läbiviimisel, mis võimaldasid 2005.aasta juunis noteerida ASi Tallinna Vesi aktsiad Tallinna börsil, juhtides lisaks finantsosakonnale ka klienditeenindust. Tal on rohkem kui 14-aastane töökogemus kommunaalsektoris mitmel finants- ja klienditeenindusvaldkonnaga seotud ametikohal nii Suurbritannias kui ka teistes riikides. Ian Plenderleith appointed as a Management Board member of AS Tallinna Vesi
Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi appointed Ian Plenderleith today as a
Management Board member of the water company as of 1 October 2008.
Ian Plenderleith shall take over the CEO's role from Roch Chéroux, who has been
recalled from the management board of the company as of 1 October 2008, when he
will become a senior managing director within UU international division.
During the years 2004 - 2007 Ian Plenderleith (44) held the position of the
Financial Director of AS Tallinna Vesi, also being a member of the Management
Board. In March this year he was appointed as a member of the Supervisory
Council of the Company.
Ian Plenderleith had an important role as the Financial Director of AS Tallinna
Vesi in developing the Company, helping to implement the necessary changes that
enabled its listing on the Tallinn Stock Exchange in June 2005. In addition to
managing the Financial Division, his area of responsibility also included
Customer Services. Ian Plenderleith's work experience includes over 14 years in
the utilities' sector both in the UK and other countries, holding several
positions related to finance and customer services.
