20. oktoobril 2025. aastal allkirjastasid Hepsor AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Hepsor Jugla SIA ja BluOr Bank AS laenulepingu summas 8,4 miljonit eurot. Laenu eesmärgiks on finantseerida elamuarendusprojekti Za?? Jugla esimese etapi ehitust ning taristu rajamist aadressil Braila iela 23, Jugla, Riias. Arendusprojekti esimeses etapis ehitatakse kaks kortermaja, kokku 70 korteri ehk 4 262 m² müüdava pinnaga. Ehitustööde valmimine on kavandatud 2026. aasta neljandasse kvartalisse. Kogu Za?? Jugla elamuarendusprojekti raames on plaanis rajada kolm kortermaja, milles saab olema kokku 105 korterit ja 6 393 m² müüdavat pinda. Kahe etapi eeldatav kogumaksumus ulatub 15 miljoni euroni. On October 20, 2025, Hepsor Jugla SIA, a company belonging to the Hepsor AS Group, and BluOr Bank AS signed a loan agreement in the amount of 8.4 million euros. The purpose of the loan is to finance the construction of the first phase of the Za?? Jugla residential development project and the establishment of infrastructure at Braila iela 23, Jugla, Riga. In the first phase of the project, two apartment buildings will be constructed, comprising a total of 70 apartments and 4,262 m² of sellable area.
