15. septembril 2025. aastal allkirjastasid Hepsor AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Hepsor Jugla SIA ja ehitusettevõte Mitt&Perlebach SIA ehituslepingu maksumusega 8,2 miljonit eurot (ilma käibemaksuta). Leping sõlmiti Za?? Jugla elamuarendusprojekti esimese etapi ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Braila iela 23, Jugla, Riia. Projekti esimese etapi raames ehitatakse kaks kortermaja, kuhu tuleb kokku 70 uut kodu, müüdava pinnaga 4262 m². Ehitustööde valmimine on planeeritud 2027. aasta teise kvartalisse. Kogu Za?? Jugla elamuarendusprojekti raames on kavas rajada kolm kortermaja, kokku 105 uue koduga ja müüdava pinnaga 6393 m². Arendusprojekti teise etappi ehitusega on plaanis alustada 2026. aasta jooksul. Projekti kahe etapi eeldatav kogumaksumus on 15 miljonit eurot. Za?? Jugla nimeline arendus asub Riia linnas, Jugla järve ääres, rohelises ja rahulikus keskkonnas, pakkudes kaasaegseid, energiatõhusaid (A+ klass) kortereid, millel on avarad rõdud. On September 15, 2025, Hepsor Jugla SIA, a company belonging to the Hepsor AS Group, and construction company Mitt&Perlebach SIA signed a construction contract, with a total value of 8.2 million euros (excluding VAT). The contract was signed for the construction of the first phase of the Za?? Jugla residential development project, located at Braila iela 23, Jugla, Riga.
