Osaühingu Manutent (ISIN EE3300092964) emiteeritud võlakirjade omanikele Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistri andmetel olete te käesoleva kirja kuupäeva seisuga võlakirjade programmi raames osaühingu Manutent (emitent) poolt emiteeritud võlakirjade omanik (võlakirjaomanik). Emitendi võlakirjaemissiooni korraldaja ülesannetes tegutsev AS SEB Pank (SEB) kutsub võlakirjaomanikke võlakirjaomanike teabekoosolekule, kus emitenti esindab Märt Vooglaid (juhatuse esimees). Koosoleku päevakorda kuulub ülevaade emitendi tegevus- ja majandustulemustest ning kirjeldus kavandatud ja tulevikus tehtavate investeeringute kohta. Võlakirjaomanike koosolek toimub 21. augustil 2008 kell 10.00 SEB kontoris aadressil Tornimäe 2, Tallinn (4. korrus). Et osaleda võlakirjaomanike koosolekul, peavad emitendi võlakirjad olema Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistris registreeritud võlakirjaomaniku nimele käesoleva kirja kuupäeval seisuga kell 13.00. Palun võtke koosolekule kaasa isikut tõendav dokument. Isikut tõendavaks dokumendiks loetakse passi või muud isikut tõendavat dokumenti, millel on isiku foto, nimi ja isikukood ning dokumendi väljastanud riigiasutuse nimi. Kui võlakirjaomanikku esindab esindaja, palutakse esindajal koos isikut tõendava dokumendiga esitada ka dokumendid, mis tõendavad tema esindusõigust. To the holders of bonds issued by Osaühing Manutent (ISIN EE3300092964). According to the Estonian Central Register of Securities, you are, as at the date of this letter, a holder of the bonds (Bondholder) issued by Osaühing Manutent (Issuer) under the Program of the Bonds. AS SEB Pank in its capacity as arranger of Issuer's bond issue (SEB) invites Bondholders to a Bondholders information meeting where the Issuer will be represented by Märt Vooglaid (Head of the Management Board). The agenda for the meeting will contain an overview of the Issuer's business and financial results, as well as a description of planned investments and future investments. The meeting for the Bondholders will be held on 21st of August 2008 at 10:00 at SEB's office, Tornimäe 2, Tallinn (4th floor). To participate in the Bondholders' meeting, a Bondholder is required to have the Issuer's bonds registered in its name in the Estonian Central Register of Securities at 13:00 as of the date of this letter. Please take your identity document with you to the meeting. A passport or other identity document containing the photograph, name, and personal identification code of the person and the name of the state agency having issued the document is acceptable as an identity document. If Bondholders are represented by a representative, then the representative is asked to submit together with their identity document the documents, which would confirm their right of representation. This letter must not be considered as investment counselling or provision of advice in the meaning of the Securities Market Act (in Estonian: väärtpaberituru seadus).
