Aktsiaseltsi Infortar tütarühingu AS Elenger Grupp nõukogu kinnitas 11. juunil 2025 Elenger Grupp juhatuse esimehe Margus Kaasiku volituste pikendamise kolmeks aastaks, kuni 26.06.2028. Infortar tegutseb seitsmes riigis, ettevõtte peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on meretransport, energeetika ja kinnisvara. Infortar omab 68,5 protsendi suurust osalust AS-is Tallink Grupp, 100% osalust AS-is Elenger Grupp ning mitmekülgset ja kaasaegset, ca 141 000 m2 suurust kinnisvaraportfelli. Lisaks kolmele põhitegevusvaldkonnale tegutseb Infortar ehituse ja maavarade, põllumajanduse, trükkimise ja muudes valdkondades. On June 11, 2025, the Supervisory Board of AS Elenger Grupp, a subsidiary of Aktsiaselts Infortar, approved the extension of the term of office of Margus Kaasik, Chairman of the Management Board of Elenger Grupp, for an additional three years, until June 26, 2028.
