LHV Pank uuendas EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS-i aktsiaanalüüsi
Message
LHV Pank uuendas EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS-i (EfTEN; EFT1T) aktsiaanalüüsi ja aktsia hinnasihti. Analüüsi kohaselt jäi aktsia hinnasiht endiselt 20 eurole, mis on pea 5% kõrgem võrreldes aktsia viimase sulgemishinnaga Tallinna börsil. Aktsiale on antud soovitus ?neutraalne". Aktsia eelmine hinnasiht oli seatud 2025. aasta veebruaris. LHV toob EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS-i puhul välja järgmised tähelepanekud: (i) intressikulud jätkavad langust, mis võimaldab tasakaalustada tulumaksu määra tõusust tulevat negatiivset mõju kasumlikkusele; (ii) jätkuv portfelli laienemine hooldekodude segmendis; (iii) jätkusuutlik dividendipoliitika, mida toetab põhitegevuse tugev rahavoog; (iv) madal vakantsus, kuid selle alanemine on varasemate ootustega võrreldes natuke aeglasem. Analüüs on leitav LHV Panga finantsportaalis. Kristjan Tamla EfTEN Capital AS Tegevjuht Tel: 655 9515 E-post: [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
