AS LHV Group maksab aktsionäridele 2024. majandusaasta eest dividendi netosummas 9 eurosenti ühe aktsia kohta. Dividendiõiguslike aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeritakse 9. aprilli 2025. aasta Nasdaq CSD arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga. Sellest tulenevalt on aktsiatega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex- date) 8. aprill 2025. aastal. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiad omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2024. aasta majandusaasta eest. Dividendid makstakse aktsionäridele 10. aprillil 2025. aastal. Dividend Payment Ex-date of AS LHV Group
Message
For the financial year 2024 AS LHV Group will pay dividends in the net amount of 9 euro cents per share. The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be established as at on 9 April 2025 EOD of Nasdaq CSD settlement system. Consequently, the day of change of the rights related to the shares (ex-dividend date) is set to 8 April 2025. From this day onwards, the person acquiring the shares will not have the right to receive dividends for the financial year 2024. Dividends shall be disbursed to the shareholders on 10 April 2025.
