Arco Vara AS-i dividendimakse ex-päev
Message
Arco Vara AS informeerib, et vastavalt kinnitatud dividendipoliitikale fikseeritakse dividende saama õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri 6. märtsil 2025 Nasdaq CSD Eesti arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga ja seega väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) on 5. märts 2025. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiaid omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2023. majandusaasta eest 13. märtsil 2025. Arco Vara AS maksis 2023. aasta eest dividende lisaks 13. juunil 2024 2 senti aktsia kohta, 13. septembril 2024 1 sent aktsia kohta ning 13. detsembril 2024 2 senti aktsia kohta. 2024. majandusaasta eest dividendide maksmine otsustatakse üldkoosolekul 2025. aasta kevadel. Dividend payment ex-date of Arco Vara AS
Message
Arco Vara AS informs that the list of shareholders who are entitled to dividends shall be fixed on 6(th) of March 2025, as at the end of the working day of Nasdaq CSD Estonian Settlement System, and therefore the dividend payment ex- date is on 5(th) of March 2025. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2023 paid out on the 13(th) of March 2025. For the year 2023, Arco Vara AS also paid dividends to the shareholders in the net amount of 2 euro cents per share on 13(th )of June 2024, 1 euro cent per share on 13(th )of September 2024 and 2 euro cents per share on 13(th) December 2024.
