Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Rail Baltica põhitrassi Selja-Tootsi lõik)

AS Nordecon kontserni ettevõte Tariston AS ja OÜ Rail Baltic Estonia sõlmisid ehituse töövõtulepingu Rail Baltica Pärnumaa põhitrassi raudteetaristu I etapi ehitustöödeks lõigul Selja-Tootsi. Tööde käigus rajatakse kokku 14,5 kilomeetrit raudtee muldkeha ning kuus rajatist, sealhulgas kolm ökodukti, kaks viadukti ning kergliiklusteetunnel. Mullatööde maht kogu lõigul on ca 2,5 miljonit kuupmeetrit. Lepingu maht on 62,3 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks ning tööd kestavad kuni 2028. aasta lõpuni. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Construction contract (Rail Baltica railway line Selja-Tootsi section)

AS Nordecon's group company, Tariston AS, and OÜ Rail Baltic Estonia have signed a construction contract for the first phase of railway infrastructure construction on the Rail Baltica main route in Pärnu County, on the Selja-Tootsi section. The work will involve building a total of 14.5 kilometers of railway embankment and six structures, including three ecoducts, two viaducts, and a pedestrian and bicycle tunnel. The total volume of earthworks for the entire section is approximately 2.5 million cubic meters. The cost of the contract is 62.3 million euros, plus VAT, and the works will be completed by the end of 2028.
