AS Ekspress Grupp teatab käesolevaga, et AS-s Ekspress Grupp on olulist osalust omavate isikute struktuuris leidnud aset muutus. AS Ekspress Grupp aktsionär DCF FUND (II) Baltic States informeeris 02.07.2008 emitenti sellest, et DCF FUND (II) Baltic States on omandanud 1 279 937 AS Ekspress Grupp aktsiat, mis moodustab 6,75% AS Ekspress Grupp aktsiatest. Herewith AS Ekspress Grupp notifies of the change in the structure of the persons with qualifying holding in the share capital.
