Muudatus nõukogu koosseisus
Message
Enefit Greeni nõukogu sõltumatu liikme ning auditikomitee liikme Anne Sullingu volitused lõppesid seoses kolmeaastase ametiaja lõppemisega vastavalt 21. oktoobril ja 22.oktoobril 2024. Enefit Greeni nõukogu jätkab ajutiselt tööd neljaliikmelisena koosseisus Andrus Durejko (esimees), Marlen Tamm, Kristjan Kuhi ja Erkki Raasuke (sõltumatu liige). Auditikomitee jätkab ajutiselt koosseisus Erkki Raasuke (esimees) ja Marlen Tamm. Uue sõltumatu nõukogu liikme kandidaadi otsinguprotsess on käimas ning tema valimiseks on juhatusel kavas kutsuda kokku aktsionäride erakorraline üldkoosolek, millest teatame ette vastavalt seaduses ettenähtud korrale. Ettevõte opereerib tuuleparke Eestis ja Leedus, päikeseparke Eestis ja Poolas, kütusena olmeprügi kasutavat koostootmisjaama Eestis ning hüdroelektrijaama Eestis. Lisaks arendab ettevõte mitmeid tuule- ning päikeseparke ülalnimetatud riikides ja Soomes. 2023. aasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte installeeritud elektritootmise koguvõimsus 515 MW ning soojusenergia tootmise koguvõimsus 50 MW. 2023. majandusaasta jooksul tootis ettevõte 1 343 GWh elektrienergiat, 604 GWh soojusenergiat ja 156 tuhat tonni pelleteid. 2023. aasta lõpus väljus Enefit Green biomassi kütusena kasutavatest koostootmise ning pelletitootmise äridest.

Change in the composition of the Supervisory Board
Message
The mandate of Anne Sulling, independent member of the Supervisory Board of Enefit Green and member of the Audit Committee, expired due to the expiry of the three-year term of office on 21 October and 22 October 2024, respectively. The Supervisory Board of Enefit Green will temporarily continue its work with four members: Andrus Durejko (Chairman), Marlen Tamm, Kristjan Kuhi and Erkki Raasuke (independent member). The Audit Committee will be temporarily composed of Erkki Raasuke (Chairman) and Marlen Tamm. The search process for a new independent supervisory board member candidate is underway. The management board of Enefit Green plans to call an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of election of the new independent supervisory board member, which will be announced in advance in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law.
