Ehituslepingu sõlmimine

29. mail 2008 sõlmis AS Aspi tütarettevõte SIA Abagars koos ühispakkujatega Sampeterise linnaosas Riias vee- ja kanalisatsioonivõrgustiku laiendamistööde lepingu SIAga Rigas Udens ja Läti Keskkonnaministeeriumiga (projekti finantseerija). Laiendamistööd hõlmavad torustikke kogupikkusega 42 kilomeetrit ja asfalteerimistöid rohkem kui 75 000 ruutmeetril. Tööde lepinguline kogumaksumus on 12 414 313 eurot (194 241 790 krooni). SIA Abagars poolt tehtavate tööde maht on ligikaudu 11,9 miljonit eurot (ligikaudu 186,2 miljonit krooni). Kõikidele summadele lisandub käibemaks 18%. Tööde planeeritud üleandmise tähtaeg on detsember 2009. * AS Aspi osalus Läti Vabariigis registreeritud ettevõttes SIA Abagars on 56%. AS Aspi on AS Eesti Ehitus 100%line tütarettevõte. AS Eesti Ehitus kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on AS Eesti Ehitus, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2007. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,8 miljardit krooni (240 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 290 miljonit krooni (19 miljonit eurot). AS Eesti Ehitus kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1100 inimesele. On 29 May 2008 AS Aspi subsidiary SIA Abagars with joint bidders signed an agreement for the extension works of water and waste water networks in Riga, Sempeteris district. The agreement was entered into with SIA Rigas Udens and the Latvian Ministry of Environment (project financier). The extension works encompass water and waste water networks of 42 kilometers and pavement of roads more than 75,000 square meters. The total contract value is EUR 12,414,313 (EEK 194,241,790). The proportion of the contract value of works preformed by SIA Abagars is approximately EUR 11.9 million (EEK 186.2 million). All sums excluding VAT 18 per cent. The estimated time of completion of the extension works is December 2009. * AS Aspi owns 56 per cent share in SIA Abagars (a company domiciled in Latvian Republic).
