AS Eston Ehitus (AS Eesti Ehitus 52%line tütarettevõte) ja Kobe Asset 1 OÜ sõlmisid 23. mail 2008 ehituslepingu ärihoone ehitamiseks Tallinnas aadressil Väike-Paala 1. Ärihoone suletud netopind on ligikaudu 9 700 ruutmeetrit. Lepingu hind on 101 500 000 Eesti krooni (6 487 032 eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks 18%. Tööde planeeritud üleandmise tähtaeg on mai 2009. AS Eesti Ehitus kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on AS Eesti Ehitus, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2007. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,8 miljardit krooni (240 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 290 miljonit krooni (19 miljonit eurot). AS Eesti Ehitus kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1100 inimesele. On 23 May 2008 AS Eston Ehitus (a 52 per cent subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus) and Kobe Asset 1 OÜ signed a construction agreement of non-residential office building in Tallinn, Väike-Paala str. 1. The closed area of the office building is approximately 9 700 square meters. The contract value is EEK 101,500,000 (EUR 6,487,032) excluding VAT 18%. The estimated finishing of the construction works is May 2009. Eesti Ehitus is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and structures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. In addition, in Estonia our companies act as independent contractors in road construction and maintenance, environmental engineering, the assembly of reinforced concrete elements, and the performance of cast-on-site concrete works. The parent of the Group is AS Eesti Ehitus, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 20 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2007 was 3,8 billion kroons (240 million euros) and the consolidated net profit was 290 million kroons (19 million euros).
