06. mail 2008 sõlmis Tallinna Kaubamaja AS tütarfirma A-Selver AS üürilepingu kinnisvaraarendajaga AS Süda Maja supermarketi opereerimiseks Tallinnas aadressil Paldiski mnt 118a/108d. Selveri poolt planeeritav müügipind on 2500 m², kokku on renditava pinna suuruseks 5000 m². Kauplus planeeritakse avada 2010. aastal. Tallinna Börsi reglemendi mõistes on eelnimetatud tehing käsitletav tehinguna seotud osapoolega. AS Süda Maja 52% suuruse osaluse omanik on A-Selver AS nõukogu esimees Andres Järving. CONTRACT FOR OPENING NEW SELVER STORE

On May 6, 2008 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer AS Süda Maja for operating a supermarket in Paldiski road 118a/108d in Tallinn. The planned sales area for Selver is 2500 sq m and the total lease area is 5000 sq m. The new Selver will be opened in 2010. The abovementioned transaction is regarded as transaction with related party within the meaning of the regulations of the Tallinn Stock Exchange. Andres Järving, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of A-Selver AS, is the holder of 52% stake in AS Süda Maja. A-Selver AS confirms that the transaction has been conducted on market conditions and does not have significant impact on the financial results of A-Selver AS.
