AS Eesti Ehitus 100%line tütarettevõte AS Linnaehitus ja OÜ Tarmeko KV sõlmisid 21. aprillil 2008 projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde töövõtulepingu Tartus, Sõbra tn 56 paikneva olemasoleva hoone ümberehitamiseks sisustuskaubamajaks. Lepingu hind on 63 000 000 Eesti krooni (4 026 434 eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks 18%. AS Linnaehitus (wholly owned subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus) and OÜ Tarmeko KV signed a construction contract on 21 April 2008 for the design and construction works of an existing building to a new furnishing department store in Tartu, Sõbra St 56. The contract value is EEK 63 000 000 (EUR 4 026 434) excluding VAT 18%.
