AS-i Tallink Grupp tütarettevõte OÜ TLG Hotell on põhimõtteliselt kokku leppinud omandada OÜ Delegatsioon 100%-line osalus selle osanikelt AS-ilt Heal ja OÜ-lt Haapsalu HRM. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on hotelli haldamine, reisikorraldus ja turismialaste teenuste osutamine; toitlustamine ja sellega seonduv tegevus ning muu kaubandustegevus. OÜ Delegatsioon opereerib Pirita Top Spa hotelli. Täiendav informatsioon nimetatud tehingu kohta avaldatakse pärast ostu-müügi lepingu sõlmimist ja Konkurentsiametilt koondumise loa saamist. AS-i Tallink Grupp konsolideeritud majandusnäitajatele nimetatud tehing olulist mõju ei avalda. AS Tallink Grupp's subsidiary OÜ TLG Hotell has agreed in principle to acquire 100% of OÜ Delegatsioon from its owners AS Heal and OÜ Haapsalu HRM. The main activities of the company include hotel management, travel arrangement and provision of tourism related services; catering and catering related services and other trade activities. OÜ Delegatsioon currently operates Pirita Top Spa hotel in Tallinn. Additional information about the acquisition will be disclosed after the signing of the purchase agreement and the permission from the Competition Authority.
