Message
Esmaspäevast, 10. märtsist 2008 kutsus United Utilities (Tallinn) BV AS Tallinna
Vesi nõukogust tagasi David John Kilgour'i ja nimetas uueks nõukogu liikmeks Ian
John Alexander Plenderleith'i.
Ian Plenderleith omab rohkem kui 14 aastast töökogemust kommunaalsektoris mitmel
finantsvaldkonnaga seotud ametikohal nii Suurbritannias kui ka teistes riikides.
2004. aasta oktoobrist kuni 2007. aasta augustini töötas ta AS Tallinna Vesi
finantsdirektorina ning oli juhatuse liige. Ian Plenderleith on organisatsiooni
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants liige. Ian John Alexander
Plenderleith ei oma AS Tallinna Vesi aktsiaid.
Tänase seisuga on ASi Tallinna Vesi nõukogu liikmeteks Robert John Gallienne,
David Ian John Alexander Plenderleith (UU), Henry Russell (EBRD), David Fuller
(UU), Rein Ratas (Tallinna linn), Elmar Sepp (Tallinna linn), Deniss Boroditš
(Tallinna Linn), Mart Mägi (sõltumatu) ja Valdur Laid (sõltumatu).

Changes in AS Tallinna Vesi supervisory council members
Message
As of Monday, the 10th of March 2008 United Utilities (Tallinn) BV recalled
David John Kilgour from the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi and named
Ian John Alexander Plenderleith as a new member of the Supervisory Council.
Ian Plenderleith has over 14 years experience in a variety of financial roles
within the utilities sector both in the UK and internationally. Ian worked in AS
Tallinna Vesi from October 2004 until August 2007 as Chief Financial Officer and
Member of Management Board. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants. Ian Plenderleith does not own any shares of AS Tallinna
Vesi.
As of today the members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Robert John
Gallienne (UU), Ian John Alexander Plenderleith (UU), Henry Russell (EBRD),
David Fuller (UU), Rein Ratas (Tallinn City), Elmar Sepp (Tallinn City), Deniss
Boroditš (Tallinn City), Mart Mägi (independent) and Valdur Laid
(independent).
