Intresside maksmine võlakirjadelt
Message
AS Tallinna Sadam maksab Tallinna Börsil noteeritud võlakirjadelt (ISIN kood EE3300081058) 17. märtsil 2008 intressi 25,66 EUR (401,49 EEK) iga võlakirja kohta. Intressid tasutakse isikutele, kes on Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistri (EVK) andmete kohaselt võlakirjade omanikeks intressimaksepäeval, s.o 17. märtsil kell 09:00. Võlakirjade intressimääraks on 6-kuu Euribor pluss 0,32% aastas. 6-kuu Euribor fikseeritakse kaks pangapäeva enne iga algavat intressiperioodi. 17. märtsil 2008 lõppeva intressiperioodi 6-kuu Euribor fikseeriti 13. septembril 2007 ning see oli 4,755%, intressimääraks on seega 5,075%. Kõik emitendi poolt seoses võlakirjadega tehtavad maksed tehakse eurodes. Investor esitab euro konto rekvisiidid makseagendile ASile SEB Eesti Ühispank (e-mailil [email protected]) vähemalt kolm pangapäeva enne vastava maksetähtaja saabumist. Juhul, kui investor ei esita makseagendile tähtaegselt euro konto rekvisiite, kannab makseagent maksmisele kuuluva summa ekvivalendi Eesti kroonides maksetähtpäeval kehtiva Eesti Panga kursi alusel investori EVKs avatud väärtpaberikontoga seotud Eesti krooni kontole. Interest payment on bonds
Message
On 17 March 2008 AS Tallinna Sadam will pay interest on bonds (ISIN code EE3300081058) listed in the Tallinn Stock Exchange in amount of EUR 25.66 (EEK 401.49) per bond. Interest will be paid to investors, who according to the Estonian Central Securities Register (Register) data are the holders of bonds on the respective interest payment day, i.e. on 17 March 2008 at 09:00 am. The bonds bear a floating interest rate, which consists of 6-month Euribor plus 0,32% per annum. The respective Euribor will be determined two banking days before each interest period. The 6-month Euribor for the interest period ending on 17 March 2008 was fixed on 13 September 2007 and was 4,755%. The total interest rate is 5,075% per annum. All payments to the investors by the issuer in connection with the bonds will be made in euros. The investor shall present the requisites of its euro account to the paying agent AS SEB Eesti Ühispank (e-mail address: [email protected]) at least three banking days before the respective payment day. If the investor fails to timely present the euro account requisites to the paying agent, the paying agent shall transfer the equivalent of the payable sum in Estonian kroons to the Estonian kroon account of the investor, tied to the securities account, which is opened with the Register, on the basis of the Bank of Estonia exchange rate valid on the payment day.
