Tallink rendib Tallinnas 2009. aastal uue kontoripinna
Message
AS Tallink Grupp sõlmis AS-i Infortar tütarettevõttega OÜ Fastinvest äriruumide üürilepingu, mille kohaselt võtab AS Tallink Grupp 2009. aasta kevadel Tallinnas, Sadama tänaval valmivas ärihoones üürile äripinna tähtajaga 10 aastat. Üüripinna ühe ruutmeetri hinnaks on kokku lepitud 195 eurot aastas, mis alates 01.01.2010.a. suureneb automaatselt tarbijahinnaindeksi muutuse protsendi võrra, kuid mitte rohkem kui 6% aastas. Üüri tasutakse igakuiselt 1/12 aasta üürist jooksva kuu eest. AS Tallink Grupp hoone ehitusse ei investeeri ning tehingust tulenevalt ettemakseid ei tee. Uus hoone on kavandatud võttes arvesse Tallink'i soove ja vajadusi ning on oma planeeringult tunduvalt efektiivsem tänasest kontorist aadressil Tartu mnt. 13, Tallinn. Kaasaegsetest ehitusstandarditest ja materjalidest tulenevalt on uus hoone ka kindlasti energiasäästlikum. Lisaks on eeliseks hoone asukoht, sest paljud meie töötajad liiguvad oma tööülesannete tõttu igapäevaselt meie laevade, sadama ja kontori vahel. Tallink changes office in Tallinn in 2009

AS Tallink Grupp has contracted the 10-year rental agreement with OÜ Fastinvest, a subsidiary of AS Infortar, whereby AS Tallink Grupp will rent office space in the new building in Tallinn, Sadama street from spring 2009. The rental price for the square meter is 195 EUR in a year which from year 2010 will increase according to the CPI, but not more than 6% in a year. The rent will be paid monthly 1/12 of the year amount. AS Tallink Grupp does not invest into the building neither does any prepayments related to this transaction. The new building is designed according to Tallink`s needs and its layout is much more effective compared to the current office in Tartu mnt. 13 in Tallinn. The latest building standards and materials make it also more energy efficient. The location of the new building is in the Tallinn port area, which is a great benefit to our employees who need to commute between our vessels, port and office several times a day.
