Arco Construction SIA ja Lic Gotus SIA sõlmisid ehitustööde töövõtulepingu lao- ja büroohoone ehitamiseks Riias, Ulbrokas tänaval. Lepingu maksumus on 76 miljonit krooni (4,9 miljonit eurot) millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde teostamise tähtajaks on Jaanuar 2009. The value of the contract is 76 million kroons (4,9 million euros) +VAT. Deadline January 2009.
