Nimetatud otsus oli üheks eeltingimuseks 19. oktoobril 2007. a AS-i Eesti Ehitus poolt Aktsiaseltsi Eston Ehitus 52 % aktsiate omandamiseks sõlmitud lepingu lõpuleviimiseks. On 7 November 2007 the Deputy of the Director General of the Competition Board issued a decision No 47-KO granting the permission to the concentration whereby AS Eesti Ehitus would acquire control over Aktsiaselts Eston Ehitus. The decision was one of the preconditions for the closing of the agreement concluded on 19 October 2007 on acquisition of 52 per cent. of the shares in Aktsiaselts Eston Ehitus.
