Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvidest 185 ja 187 teatas ENA City AB AS-ile Baltika, et firma osalus AS-is Baltika on ületanud 5% künnise. Vastavalt edastatud teatele omab ENA City AB seisuga 5. november 2007. a. kokku 960,000 AS-i Baltika aktsiat, mis moodustab 5.15% AS-i Baltika hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Pursuant to § 185 and § 187 of the Securities Market Act, ENA City AB notified AS Baltika that the aggregate holding of the company has exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting stock in AS Baltika. According to the notice, as of 5 November 2007, the number of shares held by ENA City AB amounts to 960,000 which represents 5.15% of the total voting shares of AS Baltika.
