Kohus tühistas Rahapesu Andmebüroo LHV Pangale tehtud trahvi
Message
Harju Maakohus otsustas täies ulatuses tühistada Rahapesu Andmebüroo poolt mai alguses tehtud 300 000 euro suuruse trahviotsuse (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bbcbff447019554643f6b5e38eebffa1b&lang= et) ning lõpetada väärteomenetluse AS-i LHV Pank suhtes, kuivõrd leidis, et teos puuduvad väärteo tunnused. Harju Maakohtu määruse vaidlustamiseks on Rahapesu Andmebürool aega 15 päeva. LHV Group on suurim kodumaine finantskontsern ja kapitali pakkuja Eestis. Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit’s fine to LHV Pank cancelled by court order

The Harju County Court has decided to fully cancel the EUR 300,000 fine decision, that the Financial Intelligence Unit made in the beginning of May (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bbcbff447019554643f6b5e38eebffa1b&lang= en), and to end the proceedings against AS LHV Pank due to the absence of signs of misdemeanor. The Financial Intelligence Unit has 15 days to appeal the Harju County Court's order. LHV Group is the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia.
