LHV pikendas LHV Varahalduse juhatuse liikme volitusi

AS-i LHV Varahaldus nõukogu otsustas pikendada juhatuse liikme Vahur Vallistu volitusi kolmeks aastaks alates tema eelneva ametiaja lõppemisest kuni 6. juunini 2027. LHV Group on suurim kodumaine finantskontsern ja kapitali pakkuja Eestis. LHV Groupi peamised tütarettevõtted on LHV Pank, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus ja LHV Bank Limited. Grupi ettevõtetes töötab üle 1100 inimese. LHV pangateenuseid kasutab aprilli lõpu seisuga 432 000 klienti, LHV hallatavatel pensionifondidel on 120 000 aktiivset klienti ja LHV Kindlustusega on kaitstud 167 000 klienti. Groupi tütarettevõte LHV Bank omab Ühendkuningriigi pangalitsentsi ning pakub pangateenuseid rahvusvahelistele finantstehnoloogia ettevõtetele ja laenusid väikese ja keskmise suurusega ettevõtetele. LHV renewed mandate of LHV Varahaldus' Management Board member
Message
The Supervisory Board of AS LHV Varahaldus resolved to extend the mandate of Management Board member Vahur Vallistu for a three-year term from the end of the current term until 6 June 2027. LHV Group is the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in Estonia. LHV Group's key subsidiaries are LHV Pank, LHV Varahaldus, LHV Kindlustus, and LHV Bank Limited. The Group employs over 1,100 people. As at the end of April, LHV's banking services are being used by 432,000 clients, the pension funds managed by LHV have 120,000 active clients, and LHV Kindlustus protects a total of 167,000 clients. LHV Bank Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, holds a banking licence in the UK and provides banking services to international financial technology companies, as well as loans to small and medium-sized enterprises.
