Täiendav teave seoses muudatustega tütarühingute nõukogudes

Alates 01.02.2024 naaseb Jelena Fedosejeva Eesti Gaasi nõukogu koosseisu. Muudatus on seotud sellega, et regulatiivsetelt ei ole võimalik osaleda samal ajal mõlema ettevõte töös. Akciju sabiedr?ba "Gaso" tegevus on hästi juhitud ja seega on Jelena Fedosejeval võimalik naasta Eesti Gaasi nõukogu koosseisu. Väljavõte Jelena Fedosejeva viimase kolme aasta ametikäigu kohta Infortar grupis: * AS Infortar investeeringute juht, alates 2007- tänaseni * Elenger Marine OÜ tegevjuht ja prokurist, alates 20.10.2020-tänaseni * Infortar Marine Ltd juhatuse liige alates 06.08.2020-tänaseni * AS Gaasivõrk nõukogu liige 05.04.2019-tänaseni * Akciju sabiedr?ba "Gaso" nõukogu liige perioodil 20.07.2023- 31.01.2024 * AS Eesti Gaas nõukogu liige 15.04.2016-13.07.2023 ja alates 01.02.2024 * AS EG Ehitus nõukogu liige 05.04.2019-28.11.2023 * OÜ EG Biofond nõukogu liige 18.10.2019 - 14.10.2022 * HG ProSolution OÜ nõukogu liige 28.08.2019-27.12.2022 * Elenger Crew Management OÜ nõukogu liige 25.11.2020 - 23.01.2023 * Elenger UAB juhatuse liige 09.03.2020-13.07.2023 * Elenger OY juhatuse liige 13.08.2019-14.07.2023 * Elenger Sp. Infortar tegutseb viies riigis, ühingu peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on energeetika, laevandus ja kinnisvara. Infortar omab ligi 42 protsendi suurust osalust AS-is Tallink Grupp, 100% osalust AS-is Eesti Gaas ning mitmekülgset ja kaasaegset, ca 100 000 m2 suurust kinnisvaraportfelli. Lisaks kolmele põhitegevusvaldkonnale tegutseb Infortar ka ehituse ja maavarade, trükkimise, taksonduse ja muudes valdkondades. Kokku kuulub Infortari kontserni 104 ühingut: 48 kontserni tütarühingut, 5 sidusettevõtjat ja 50 sidusettevõtjate tütarühingut. Arvestamata sidusettevõttjaid annab Infortar tööd 1333 inimesele. Additional information regarding amendments in the Supervisory Boards of subsidiaries
Message
As of 01.02.2024, Jelena Fedosejeva was elected as a member of the Supervisory
Board of AS Eesti Gaas. Due to regulation, it is not possible to participate in
the work of both companies at the same time. Akciju sabiedr?ba "Gaso" activities
are well managed and therefore Jelena Fedosejeva can return to the Supervisory
Board of AS Eesti Gaas.

As of today, Jelena Fedosejeva owns 150 shares of AS Infortar.

Tallink Grupp, a 100% stake in AS Eesti Gaas and a versatile and modern real
estate portfolio of approx. 100,000 m2. In addition to the three main areas of
activity, Infortar also operates in construction and mineral resources,
printing, taxi business and other areas. A total of 104 companies belong to the
Infortar group: 48 subsidiaries, 5 affiliated companies and 50 subsidiaries of
