Bonus issue - submitting an application to the WSE for admission of shares to trading.
Message
The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn hereby publicizes information about the submission yesterday (i.e. on 3/01/2024) of an application for the admission to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 140 625 000 shares of the Issuer issued as part of the bonus issue of 23/11/2023 (date of adoption of the resolution by the Issuer's General Meeting of Shareholders). Therefore, the Issuer appeals to make prudent investment decisions, in particular in the context of the soon introduction of new issue shares to trading.
