AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogu kinnitas 19. detsembril seltsi investeeringute plaani aastaks 2024
Message
Investeeringute planeeritud kogumaht 2024. aastal on 62 miljonit eurot. 2023. aastal ulatub Seltsi investeeringute maht kuni 35 miljoni euroni. Ettevõtte viimaste aastate investeeringud on suurenenud, eesmärgiga tagada elutähtsa veeteenuse osutamiseks vajalike varade toimepidevus ja tulevikukindlus. AS Tallinna Vesi investeeringud lähtuvad ettevõtte vajadustest ning on kooskõlas Tallinna linna ühisveevärgi- ja kanalisatsiooni arendamise kava eesmärkidega. Investeeringud on suunatud ettevõtte põhitegevusse, eesmärgiga vähendada veetarbimise keskkonnamõju, tagada teenuste toimepidevus ja linnaruumi jätkusuutlik arengu. 2023. aasta teises kvartalis sõlmis AS Tallinna Vesi laenulepingud Põhjamaade Investeerimispanga, AS SEB Pank, Swedbank AS ja OP Corporate Bank plc Eesti filiaaliga (Ettevõtte varasem sellekohane börsiteade leitav siit AS Tallinna Vesi allkirjastas laenulepingu summas 91 miljonit eurot (nasdaq.com) (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bab0bcb04506892ddaad90e00b448d6bf&lang= et); AS Tallinna Vesi ja Põhjamaade Investeerimispank sõlmisid laenulepingu (nasdaq.com) (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=be6a9d7f42c058e8bba8d7324fdc9c806&lang= et&src=listed). The total volume of investments in 2024 will amount to EUR62 million. In 2023, the company's investments will reach up to EUR35 million. The recent years have seen an increase in the company's investments with the aim of ensuring the resilience of assets essential for water service. AS Tallinna Vesi's investments align with the company's strategy and the objectives of the development plan for the joint water supply and sewage system of Tallinn city. Investments are directed towards the company's core business, intending to reduce the environmental impact of water consumption, ensure the continuity of services, and contribute to sustainable urban development.
