Bigbank AS-i AT1 võlakirjade märkimistulemused
Message
Bigbank AS juhatus kinnitas panga esimese taseme täiendavatesse omavahenditesse (AT1) kuuluvate võlakirjade suunatud emissiooni lõpliku jaotuse, mille kohaselt jaotatakse kokku 68 investorile 508 võlakirja, nimiväärtusega 10 000 eurot. Emissiooni esialgne maht 3 miljonit eurot märgiti 2,08 miljoni euro võrra üle ning Bigbank AS kasutas õigust suurendada emissiooni mahtu 5,08 miljoni euroni. Results of the Offering of Bigbank AS AT1 Bonds

The Management Board of Bigbank AS approved the final allocation of the private placement of notes qualifying as Additional Tier 1 (AT1) own funds of the bank, according to which 508 notes with nominal value 10,000 EUR each are allocated to in total 68 investors. As the initial issue volume of EUR 3 million was oversubscribed by 2,080,000 EUR, Bigbank AS used its right to increase the total issue volume to 5,080,000 EUR.
