Muudatused AS Ekspress Grupp tütarettevõtete nõukogudes
Message
ASi Ekspress Grupp juhatuse liikme Signe Kukini ametist lahkumise tõttu (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bdd1fd3307c90cb12a864765abfa61234&lang= et&src=listed) toimuvad 2023. aasta septembri alguse seisuga muudatused Ekspress Grupi oluliste tütarettevõtete nõukogudes. ASi Delfi Meedia nõukogu uueks liikmeks saab Ekspress Grupi juhatuse liige Karl Anton. Nõukogu jätkab tegevust kolmeliikmelises koosseisus: Hans Luik (esimees), Mari-Liis Rüütsalu ja Karl Anton. Läti tütarettevõtte A/S Delfi ja Leedu tütarettevõtte UAB Delfi uueks nõukogu liikmeks saab samuti Karl Anton. Mõlemad nõukogud tegutsevad järgmises koosseisus: Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (esimees), Hans Luik ja Karl Anton. ASi Delfi Meedia nõukogu otsustas pikendada juhatuse liikme Piret Põldoja volitusi kuni 31.08.2026. Delfi Meedia juhatus jätkab endises koosseisus: Argo Virkebau (juhatuse esimees), Erle Laak-Sepp, Tarvo Ulejev, Urmo Soonvald, Piret Põldoja ja Sander Maasik. Mari-Liis Rüütsalu juhatuse esimees +372 512 2591 [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) AS Ekspress Grupp on Baltimaade juhtiv meediakontsern, mille tegevus hõlmab veebimeedia sisutootmist ning ajalehtede, ajakirjade ja raamatute kirjastamist. Changes in the Supervisory Boards of AS Ekspress Grupp’s subsidiaries
Message
There will be changes in the boards of significant subsidiaries of AS Ekspress Grupp from the beginning of September 2023, due to the resignation (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bdd1fd3307c90cb12a864765abfa61234&lang= en) of AS Ekspress Grupp Management Board member Signe Kukin. Karl Anton, a member of the Management Board of Ekspress Grupp, will become a new member of AS Delfi Meedia Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board of Delfi Meedia will continue in a composition of three members: Hans Luik (the Chairman), Mari-Liis Rüütsalu and Karl Anton. Karl Anton will also become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Latvian subsidiary A/S Delfi and the Lithuanian subsidiary UAB Delfi. Both Supervisory Board operates with the following composition: Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (the Chairman), Hans Luik and Karl Anton. The Supervisory Board of AS Delfi Meedia decided to extend the powers of the Management Board member Piret Põldoja until August 31, 2026. The Management Board of Delfi Meedia continues in former composition: Argo Virkebau (Chairman of the Board), Erle Laak-Sepp, Tarvo Ulejev, Urmo Soonvald, Piret Põldoja and Sander Maasik.
