With reference to the current report No. 8/2023 of July 13, 2023, the Management Board of the Company publishes a new updated Information Document. This Document has been drawn up pursuant to Article 1 sec. 5 lit. g) Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC of 2003/71/EC of June 14, 2017 (Journal of Laws UE.L No. 168, p. 12).
